About Glen Head Flower Shop

Since opening its doors for the first time in April of 1965, The Glen Head Flower Shop has become known as one of Long Island’s finest florists. Serving the communities of Glen Head, Sea Cliff, Glen Cove, and the Brookvilles, the shop has become famous for its beautiful designs, excellent selection and courteous staff. Creative and well maintained displays make it a feast for the eyes, and an attractive selection of gift items has made it possible for local residents to avoid the "Mall" and select appropriate gifts near home. Telephone orders are handled efficiently by experienced personnel, and a customer base 5000 strong keeps the shop hopping year round.
Glen Head Flower Shop continues to have an excellent reputation nation wide and is a long standing member of Teleflora.

Our shop serves the following areas: Glen Head, Sea Cliff, Glen Cove, Glenwood Landing, Locust Valley, Old Brookville, Brookville, Mill Neck, Muttontown, Bayville, Oyster Bay, East Hills, East Norwich, Upper Brookville, Greenvale and the remainder of Nassau County, Suffolk County and the 5 Buroughs.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 48 hours prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We belong to a cooperative delivery pool service that includes a number of our fellow florists in Nassau County, Long Island, New York. Each day, our truck is sent to a central location where we exchange packages with these florist. In this way, the unique arrangements and gifts we create in our shop can be delivered anywhere in Nassau County, including all hospitals and funeral homes. These floral deliveries are always handled by a professional florist skilled in protecting fragile, perishable items.

A local delivery fee of $7.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Orders requesting delivery on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.
